Meet your friend, Amelia

Hey there - I’m Amelia.

If this is the first time we’ve “met,” welcome! My name is Amelia, and I’m a 22-year-old author from North Carolina. I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, but now live in Durham, where I’m pursuing my master’s degree at Duke Divinity School.

Don’t be fooled… I am a die-hard Carolina fan. I completed my undergraduate studies in psychology and media and journalism at what I’d like to declare the “better” blue :).

When I’m not curled up at my desk writing down messy thoughts in a leather journal, I love being outside, discovering a new coffee shop, trying a restaurant I probably found months ago on Axios’ Instagram, and spending time with friends.

I write in hopes of bringing comfort to someone else out there who’s navigating their faith and looking for a friend to do it alongside.
